Blinky Pin in Roboterform
Same electronics, different effect
The Roböterli uses the same basic circuit as the Blinky Pin: an oscillator with LEDs, resistors and a capacitor. The difference: instead of a pin badge, the circuit sits in a small robot enclosure, and the two LEDs form the eyes. The result is immediately visible: the robot blinks its eyes.

A school workshop favourite, for years
We've used the Roböterli for years in our school workshop programme, for classes from grades 3 to 6. Children from age 8 can manage it with some help, from age 12 easily on their own. Because the eyes blink, the moment of putting in the battery is especially satisfying.
