How it works

Drop off or send in
Bring it during opening hours or post it to us (insured).

Diagnosis
Flat CHF 80. We open, measure and localise the fault, takes one to two hours.

Quote
In writing, with an hourly rate of CHF 110 plus materials. Saying no costs nothing.

Repair
Only after your go-ahead. You pay the diagnosis plus actual work.

Collect
We let you know as soon as it's ready.
What we don't do
No purely cosmetic casework (painting, veneering, polishing), we'll refer you to specialists. And no devices whose spare parts are no longer available. We tell you that openly, before any diagnosis cost.
