Audio guide and content system for museums

The electronics, enclosure, firmware and backend all come out of our workshop. Inside the device an ESP32 handles audio, display and wireless, alongside a second microcontroller for infrared positioning and the vibration motor. Sound goes out over headphones or Bluetooth. The museum team maintains the content itself: upload media, edit text, add languages, manage devices. As soon as a device is placed in its charging station it pulls new content and new firmware, uploads usage data and reports its status. Maintenance without cables and without a technician on site. The system is not tied to a single venue. It runs at the Enter Technikwelt and is built so that other museums can use it too.
